The City of Enid's Public Arts Commission of Enid (PACE) posted an RFQ for touchable public art along Enid's walking trail, and the result is painted metal sculptures that represent the lifecycle of a Monarch Butterfly - a Caterpillar, Chrysalis Circles, and Butterfly!
