​Kelly Tompkins - Bio

Oh, hey! I'm a public artist and creative placemaker in Oklahoma. As Executive Director of Main Street Enid 2012-2019, I infused art and music into dozens of community projects and events, winning 16 awards for placemaking, promotion, design, events, fundraising, and cultural collaboration.

​In 2018, I co-founded Hive Appeal with my husband, Ty Tompkins, to create public art that increases community pride connectivity. In 2022, we founded Enid Hubbub LLC, a video-based guide showcasing things to do in Enid.

After painting a few dozen murals with Ty in Enid and beyond, I started designing metal art! In 2024, I transitioned Hive Appeal to Neato Design Co LLC and I'm so excited to design neato public art and site furnishings for communities!
